black screen on startup

about a year ago i hacked my Wii U, and some days after it stopped working, when i tried to boot it up with the sd card, it showed an error message in a black screen, i just said "eh, I'll fix that later" and forgot about it. now I'm trying to fix it and it doesn't even show the error message. what do i do?
