im a senior im high school and i get so stressed out about applying to college that i tend to feel like my soul has been sucked out of my body and i am now a hollow corpse just sitting there. im about 90% sure i get on the verge of a panic attack but then my body just goes numb and shuts down. what are some products/hacks/ANYTHING i can do/use to calm myself down and not get a tight chest and forget to breathe?i currently use olly stress gummies and i just ordered a rose water spray to mist my face when i get stressed. i was thinking about making a solid perfume of this calming perfume i have or maybe (when i get more money) getting the rare beauty aromatherapy pen.
