So back in December I was up late in the morning and I receive a text from a friend (who was hacked, but at the time I was too stupid to know) and they wanted me to try out a game. Turns out this game was a token login and I lost my account for a few weeks. I ended up getting the account back thanks to support, then a few weeks later it gets banned for something the hacker did while on the account and I’m trying to get it back to no avail. A lot of automated responses and when I do get help, I try to open a follow-up ticket like they ask only for it to get “solved” by the AI. I just want it back to get some things from that account and move it to a new one I made a few years back (thanks heavens) if they’ll even answer. I did the disputes, arbitration and other methods but nothing yet
