Working from home fitness tips/mom guilt

I’m a 5’3 32F almost 163lbs, working from home in a sedentary desk job. I used to work in a hospital on my feet all day but left just before I was pregnant and I sat at about 140lbs and did strength training. I can feel how the extra fat is affecting my body negatively.I have a crazy almost 4 year old and I guess I’ve just not been concentrating on my body/general wellbeing since he entered the world. He still hardly sleeps through the night so I have found myself exhausted just glued to the sofa most evenings but I think he’s slowly getting there. Just looking for some advice for those who work from home, how do you keep your fitness up? Any hacks? Snack tips?For those with young kids, how do you navigate mom guilt with gym time? What works for you? Meal ideas? Supportive husband but limited space, gym about 30 min away and no family help.Want to turn things around in 2026..
