So, my game account was hacked and I had 10k DDO points stolen from me. I immediately changed my password and contacted SSG about it. This was back on December 15th and I still have not heard from them at all. Are they out of office for the holidays or something?For those who want more info, I noticed that my points were gone but I suddenly had 500 astral shards in my account. When I went to the in game mail, I saw that I had won an auction for 500 sybris dragon shards. So, I’m guessing that they bought 2000 astral shards with my points then sold me the dragon shards and took 1500 shards for it. I’m sure SSG will help me but going on two weeks with no reply makes me worrisome. Any advice for getting in touch with them?
