Hi all, a couple of days ago my mother's account (as well as her Instagram account) got hacked and whoever did it seemed to post CSAM and now the account has been disabled without appeal. My mum is extremely broken up about this as not only has this basically destroyed her main business pages but access to photos and connections to old friends she likely won't be able to get back. The facebook.com/hacked page doesn't seem to be any help as it can no longer find the account, and apparently the support emails that are given on some places no longer exist, with all other options requiring a working Facebook account. Has anybody been in this situation and managed to get their account reactivated and returned to them? And if so some advice on what to do would be extremely appreciated. If it's something that likely means the account is lost for good with no possible options, knowing that would also be good.
