So, I work out at Planet Fitness, and our gym was recently renovated. We now have a bunch of equipment that l've only watched videos of/read about. I was super excited to try them out today. My lower body has always been ridiculously strong, but I figured I'd "go easy", and put half of my typical leg press weight on the hack squat machine to start out. Well, let me tell you, I did one rep and almost passed out. 🤣. I promptly took all the weight off and started from there. Lesson learned for me LOL.
