I want to book a hotel using the Amex hotel collection for my wife when she is traveling to Chicago for 3 nights for their girls trip. I am NOT traveling with her. She is planning stay with her friend during their girls trip . AMEX agent is telling that as I am not traveling with her , I am not eligible to get $300 credit in my Amex Platinum credit. She doesn't have Amex Platinum.Any hacks for this situation to get $300 amex credit and $100 resort credit so that I can book for her trip.
