My period is extremely regular but has been heavy (like insanely heavy where I cannot leave the house bc I’ll gush everywhere) I’m fine with other period symptoms and it’s only heavy for 2-3 days and then I feel like normal person who can be out in public. I don’t think I’m officially in peri, and asked my GYN and she tested my hormones and officially I am not… but I’m not sure symptom wise as I definitely am starting to feel over 35 (it’s funny i have felt 20, and then 35 and now i feel older than 35 at 46) and I’m glad I found this group… I’m always exhausted and it’s way harder than it used to drop a couple pounds … (I have to eat strict protein, drink tons of water and even limit fruit). Any hacks as I enter this new life phase?
