I remember seeing a scene in the game when I was very young. Main character hacks into camera feed, camera feed shows giant hulk of a man wheel in this woman on a wheelbarrow, guy proceeded to punch woman’s head off, guy picks up head shushes it and stuffs it into a bag. Been in my mind for YEARS.
