Hacked instagram account

I was suddenly logged out of instagramI tried to reset password but it sent the link to an email adress which is not mineI saw an email on my gmail account telling me that the email linked to my instagram was changed. I tried to click on link saying that it wasnt me who requested it but it just says error. How do i contact instagram about this?
