so earlier today i got locked out of my instagram account that i’ve had for around half a decade, only using it for messaging friends and family i was confused and appealed but lost?i’m honestly not sure at all what happened and with all of the “hacked during outage” posts im worried this has happened to meis there anything that can be done?is there anyway i can appeal again?i tried to make a new account but that one wouldn’t let me log back in eitheri’m just so lost and would love any help thank you
