I was running a netrunner/pistol build, but I decided I wanted to respec and go netrunner/mantis blades instead. I’m level 51. Before I reallocated my points, I was able to spam synapse burnout like crazy. I was careful to get any relevant intelligence perks that would affect my RAM, but I’m still way more limited in how many quick hacks I can use. Is there a cyberware that drastically lowers RAM costs or something that I just forgot to equip? It’s so frustrating because I feel like I lucked into a really strong build before and now I messed it up. I can include pictures of my cyberware or perks if it’ll help.
