From the post:"Someone reset the password on my Fidelity NetBenefits account. Using my name and other identifying information, they opened a "retail" account at Fidelity linked to their phone number. By logging into their fraudulently established retail account, they were able to reset my NetBenefits password using their phone number to receive the password reset text message. The password reset link for my NetBenefits account went straight to the fraudster's phone number, not to my email or cell phone. I learned of this only when I received automated text and email messages from Fidelity NetBenefits letting me know that my NetBenefits password "was updated" and that I should call Fidelity "immediately" if I had not initiated the update."
