Hi all, A friend recently purchased an airtag and paired it with her brand new iPhone 14. However, whenever the airtag is not in range of the phone, it doesn't send the location to the phone, which seems to defy the reason to be of the airtag. She did reset it multiple times, read on Apple forum, and even when to the apple store (where they basically didn't even know how to reset it and she had to tell them how to do that), but she hasn't figured it out yet. Any idea?
